Singh leads Windies 'A' charge against Sri Lanka 'A'

Vice-captain Vishaul Singh and Sunil Ambris were both unbeaten on 58 as the Windies 'A' have started strongly in  their opening unofficial 4-day match against Sri Lanka 'A'. They were  232-4 at stumps on Wednesday’s opening day at the Trelawny Stadium. Jamaican opener John Campbell made 56 as he and Montcin Hodge got the team to 46 before Hodge was dismissed for 11.

Captain Shamarh Brooks 15 and Jahmar Hamilton 8 are the other batsmen to have been dismissed thus far. The teams will play two other 4-day matches from October 19-22 and October 26-29, followed by three 50-over matches from November 1-5.
