Manchester Spurs maintained their unbeaten record, beating Clarendon Gators 63-33 on Thursday for their fourth consecutive victory in the Berger Elite Netball League at the Leila Robinson Courts. They had a 24-12 lead at half-time. Anna-Kay Griffiths had 33 goals from 42 attempts.
Meanwhile, the St Catherine Racers and the St Ann Orchids again produced a nail biter in their encounter as the Racers eventually prevailed 46-45.
The first match between the two teams ended in a 39-39 tie but Tracey Francis scored the most important of her 40 goals from 45 attempts in the dying stages to ensure her team got the win.
