STATHS and JC ready for Manning Cup finale

The stakes will be high on Old Hope Road and Bumper Hall when perennial champions Jamaica College and St Andrew Technical clash in the final of the ISSA Manning Cup at the National Stadium in what will be a repeat of the 2017 final. Jamaica College's passage to the final was not a smooth one.

After scoring a whopping 54 goals in their opening 12 games, the 29 time champions only mustered up two goals in their last four games.

In the quarter-final round, St Andrew Technical got the better of Jamaica College 2-1, but for head coach of Jamaica College Davion Ferguson that result is in the past.
captain of staths steven mcqueen is looking to get revenge on jc who took the title in 2017.

STATHS last won the title in 1987. Kickoff is at 5 o clock and live coverage can be seen on TVJ. In the curtain raiser at the office, St Catherine High will battle Excelsior in the Walker Cup final at 2:30 with live coverage also on TVJ.
