STETHS to continue defence of ISSA Digicel T20 tournament

St. Elizabeth Technical will continue the defence of their ISSA Digicel all island Twenty/20 title when they take on arch rivals Munro College in the first match of a double header at Manley Horne Park in St. Elizabeth on Saturday.

Both STETHS and Munro started the preliminary round of the eight team competition with victories on Thursday.

However, STETHS' coach Clive Ledgister was not pleased with some aspects of his team's 35 run win against Papine High and wants them to improve against Munro.

Eltham High and Cross Keys who both won on Thursday, will meet in the second match at Manley Horne Park starting at 1.30 p.m.

Meanwhile, at Excelsior High, Papine and Innswood meet in a battle of two win-less teams starting at 9:30am.

And in the 1.30p.m. encounter, hosts Excelsior will battle Tacky, with both seeking their first win.
