Uncertainty still surrounds the status of coach Geoffrey Maxwell with the Manning Cup team of Haile Selassie High School.
The school had given Maxwell a deadline of 8:00 o'clock Thursday morning to make a decision on his position with the team after news surfaced earlier this week that he was also conducting coaching duties at DaCosta Cup team Dinthill Technical in an unofficial capacity.
RJR Sports understands that the Haile Selassie principal has informed Maxwell that he will not be allowed to conduct coaching duties at different schools. The principal is expected to make a final decision on Friday.
And RJR Sports has learnt that manager of the Dinthill Technical DaCosta Cup team Andre Hinds has been relieved of his duties.
This follows a meeting at the school on Thursday morning in the aftermath of coach Geoffrey Maxwell appearing on the Dinthill bench during their DaCosta Cup match against Lennon on Wednesday.
