Veteran commentator warns Windies selectors about abundance of all-rounders

With the inclination to play numerous all-rounders in the modern era of One Day Internationals, veteran regional cricket commentator Joseph "Reds" Perreira has warned selectors to be cautious about the number of all-rounders they select in the Windies' World Cup squad.

The Caribbean team has three genuine all-rounders in the squad for the upcoming series against England in skipper Jason Holder, Fabian Allen and Carlos Brathwaite with another two, Keemo Paul and Rovman Powell withdrawn due to injury but the Guyanese is skeptical about the heavy reliance on these players.

Meanwhile, Perreira has endorsed the inclusion of Jamaican John Campbell for the ODI series against England who replaced the injured Evin Lewis in the squad for the first two ODI's in Barbados starting on Wednesday.
