The Wayne DaCosta-trained, Omar Walker-ridden Dysfunctional landed Saturday's Overnight Allowance contest over 6-and-a-half furlongs which attracted most of the attention on the 10-race card. Dysfunctional who was sent off as the even-money favourite,, stalked the early leaders before assuming command in deep stretch.
The 5 year old bay gelding came home in 1:18.0 to win comfortably by 4-and-a-quarter lengths over Honey Ryda.
Former champion jockey Dick Cardenas and trainer Richard Azan teamed up for a double on the 10 race card. Racing continues next Saturday.
