Walker-Brown calls for strong parish women's football programmes

Chairman of the Jamaica Football Federation's Women's Committee, Elaine Walker-Brown is urging all parish associations to implement a strong women's football programme. Walker-Brown made the call during an interview with RJR Sports shortly after receiving the Women of Excellence Award from the Lions United Goodwill Foundation, made up of Jamaicans at home and in the Diaspora.

Walker-Brown, who was a guest of FIFA president Gianni Infantino at the recent Women’s World Cup in France, was pleased with the level of support shown to the Reggae Girls. Walker-Brown has been an administrator for almost 30 years.
