West Indies beat England by 5-wickets to tie series 1-1

West Indies fought gallantly at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados on Sunday's 3rd day of the 3rd and final test against England, to win by 5-wickets and level the 3-test series 1-1.

Darren Bravo 82 and Jermaine Blackwood who hit the winning run and ended on 47 not out, put on a match winning partnership of 108 runs for the 5th wicket which saw the Windies home with 2-days to spare.

Despite adding vital runs on the 3rd morning, England were bowled out for 123 in 42.1 overs, setting the Windies 192 runs to win and the final test left on a knife edge in Bridgetown with one over before lunch.

Resuming on 5-39, England added 84 precious runs on Sunday, with wicketkeeper Jos Buttler scoring a valuable 35 not out and Ben Stokes 32. Jason Holder who was a monster on the third morning and who was on a hattrick at one stage, took 3-15, Jerome Taylor who bowled with purpose in this test ended with 3-33, Veerasammy Permaul claimed 3-43 and Shannon Gabriel 1-16. 

The West Indies faced one over before lunch and were 4-0, Kraigg Brathwaite on 4 and debutante Shai Hope on 0.

Final scores again: England 257 and 123; West Indies 189 and 194-5. 

It's the first drawn series between the teams since 1995.  England retained the Wisden trophy.

Jermaine Blackwood who scored 85 and 47 not out in this test was named man of the match, while seam bowler Jimmy Anderson was named man of the series. 

The West Indies will now prepare themselves for the arrival of Australia.
