The West Indies and Bangladesh held their first training sessions at Sabina Park on Tuesday as they gear-up for their second test starting on Thursday. But while the teams get set for another tough battle on the field, one familiar face in the Bangladeshi dressing room, bowling coach Courtney Walsh, is hoping for a happy return to Sabina Park.
Thursday's second test will mark the return of Walsh to Sabina park for the first time since being named bowling coach of Bangladesh. The return is not expected to be grand but Walsh is hoping it will be better than the first test where the visitors lost by a massive innings and 219 runs.
Despite being a member of Bangladesh's coaching staff, Walsh who holds the record for most test wicket as a West Indian, has been watching from a far and feels the Caribbean side is slowly on an upward trend. Walsh along with the Bangladesh team held their first training session at Sabina Park on Tuesday as they get set to play the West Indies in their second and final game starting on Thursday.
