The West Indies will go in search of their first One Day International victory in Sri Lanka since 1993 when they face the home team in the second of three games on Wednesday in Kandy. The Caribbean men are seeking a series-leveling win, having lost the opening game in Colombo on Saturday by one wicket.
The game also saw the Caribbean men being fined 40 per cent of their match fee for maintaining a slow over-rate.
The sanction was imposed after Kieron Pollard's side was ruled to be two overs short of the target after time allowances were taken into consideration. Wednesday's game bowls off at 4:00 am Jamaica time.
