Windies in driver's seat in second test against Bangladesh

The West Indies lead by 224 runs with 9 wickets in hand at stumps on Friday’s second day of the second test against Bangladesh at Sabina Park. After starting the day on 295-4, the Windies were bowled out for 354. Shimron Hetmyer was the only batsman to pass 50 as he went on to make 86. 

Medy Hasan was the pick of the Bangladeshi attack with 5-93. The visitors were bowled out for 149 with skipper Jason Holder leading the way with 5-44 from 10.1 overs. Miguel Cummins, Keemo Paul and Shannon Gabriel shared the other five wickets. Tamim Iqbal top-scored for the Bangladeshis with 47.

At the close of play, the Caribbean side reached 19-1. Kraigg Brathwaite was the only wicket to fall as he departed for 8 runs. Devon Smith and Keemo Paul are at the crease on 8 and 0 respectively. The Windies lead the test series 1-0.
