Having wrapped up their two match test series against Bangladesh on Saturday, West Indies captain Jason Holder says the Caribbean side must now prepare for conditions outside of the region. The Windies in their two home series this year, have won three, drawn one and lost one of five games during that period.
A 1-1 series draw with Sri Lanka along with a 2-0 win over Bangladesh means the Windies will move ahead of the latter in the ICC test ranking. But Holder says there are areas to work on ahead of their trip to the sub-continent later this year.
Holder was named Man of the Series from the Bangladesh matches. He also argued that based on his production with bat and ball, he would want to be considered as a genuine all-rounder.
