Windies players may soon not require NOCs to play in T20 Leagues

West Indians could soon not require no-objection certificates to play in Twenty20 leagues across the globe.

The Federation of International Cricketers' Associations (FICA), wants to start a conversation about one of the main instruments through which national boards control a player's rights to practice his trade freely.
