Windies women's team captain out of remainder of ODI Series against India

Captain of the West Indies women's cricket team, Jamaican Stafanie Taylor has been ruled out of the remainder of the T20 Series against India. Taylor who missed the opening two T20's, picked up a grade one ligament sprain in the third One Day International against India.

Cricket West Indies is reporting that the 28 year old Jamaican will need two weeks to recover from the injury. Trinidadian spinner Anissa Mohammed will continue as captain in Taylor's absence. Taylor was West Indies' top scorer in the ODI Series with 193 runs.
