Rapper 50 Cent
Rapper 50 Cent has donated US$100,000 to the Autism foundation following the backlash he received for posting a video in which he mocked a 19-year-old airport worker, not realizing the teen has the condition.
The family of the teen asked him to donate US$10,000 to the autism advocacy group to avoid a lawsuit. However, the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, instead gave over US$100,000, saying he wanted to 'turn the misunderstanding into an understanding'.
Apart from his music and business ventures, the rapper has recently become known for his social media antics.
