Digicel Group announced on Monday that two of its subsidiaries are extending the early tender and expiration dates of each of their previously announced Exchange Offers with respect to certain series of the group's outstanding senior notes.
An Exchange Offer is when securities are offered as consideration instead of cash.
Digicel says it continues constructive discussions with an ad hoc group of noteholders regarding the Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations.
Each Exchange Offer, which is separate and subject to applicable laws, may be amended, extended, terminated or withdrawn.
