IBEX Global Solutions (IBEX), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider, has moved its Jamaica location to Portmore and is now hiring.
The company recently acquired a major online retailer as a client, resulting in the need to hire more than 400 people to fill customer service positions.
A statement from IBEX said customer service experience is necessary, and of the 400 jobs, some positions are for quality, supervisory, and other managerial positions.
IBEX Global, which has its headquarters in Washington, D.C., delivers onshore, near shore, and off-shore business process outsourcing solutions in seven countries with more than 15,000 employees.
