Call rates to landlines have declined between $9.39 and $10.04 per minute.
The lower rates, which took effect on April 1, were revealed by the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR).
The rates were reduced after Cable and Wireless lost an attempt to delay them by three years.
Before the latest reduction, call rates to landlines in Jamaica ranged from $25 to $77 per minute.
