JMMB Group Limited on Tuesday announced via the Jamaica Stock Exchange that Dr. Noel A. Lyon will retire as chairman and director of the group and as chairman/director of the subsidiary boards on which he sits, effective December 31, this year.
The group says Mr. Archibald Campbell, who has been deputy chairman for the last 12 years will assume the post of chairman, effective January 1, 2017.
