PTL to consider subdivision of stock units

Paramount Trading Limited (PTL) has advised that the Board of Directors will meet to consider the subdivision of stock units.  
    
PTL noted that the company has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is due to be held on Saturday, October 29 at 10:00 a.m. at the Courtleigh Hotel.
    
On the list of resolutions is a proposed subdivision of shares, for consideration by the shareholders.
