Jamaica has recorded a big increase in tourist arrivals from the United Kingdom.
According toTourism Minister, Dr. Wykeham McNeil, the June results have recorded double digit growth and following on 4.3% growth last year.
He noted however the significance of the recent growth is truly measured when it is recalled that prior to 2012 there were four years of negative growth. He attributed the turnaround to increased marketing.
