Norman Tomlinson, the man accused of the murder of former Radio Jamaica Chairman Peter Abrahams is to return to court on March 7.
The case against him was mentioned before the St. Andrew Parish Court on Friday.
However, Mr. Tomlinson and other prisoners were not brought to court Friday morning due to a power outage at the court building.
The building has been without power since Thursday, affecting operations at the courthouse.
