Ed Bartlett returns to JLP Shadow Cabinet

Ed Bartlett, the former Deputy Leader of  the opposition Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) has returned to the Shadow Cabinet as the new spokesman on Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.      

In a statement on Friday, Bartlett said he considered an offer from JLP Leader Andrew Holness to be a spokesman and decided to rejoin the Shadow Cabinet.

His return comes just days after it was announced that Audley Shaw, who was unsuccessful in his leadership bid last November, was re-appointed Spokesman on Finance.
