Jamaica to host regional summit on PetroCaribe - another agreement to be signed

Energy Minister Phillip Paulwell says there will be the signing of another major agreement to deepen the scope of  the 10 year old PetroCaribe agreement.

Paulwell was speaking with RJR News today following a Media Briefing at the Office of  the Prime Minister in St. James.

The briefing was held ahead of  tenth anniversary of  the signing of  the PetroCaribe agreement with Venezuela.  Pauwell  said the new agreement will have wider focus, not only on energy.                                                        -

And  several heads of government are expected in Montego Bay  for this weekend's Petro Caribe summit at the Convention Centre.
