The National Cyber Security Strategy is to be launched this week.
The Strategy, which will be unveiled on Wednesday, will protect ICT infrastructure, assets, content and users.
It will also outline roles and responsibilities in bolstering Jamaica’s ICT infrastructure.
Meanwhile, RJR News has been informed that the Technology Ministry is yet to receive the final report from the Organisation of American States (OAS) team which investigated last month's cyber attacks.
It's reported that the document is being finalised and will be submitted shortly.
The Technology Ministry confirmed that more than ten Government web sites were targeted resulting in them being defaced or shutdown.
