The police have charged the promoters of an event in Somerset, Manchester last weekend at which a man was shot dead.
Superintendent Wayne Cameron, head of the Manchester Police, said they have been charged with staging an event and promoting without a permit.
Additionally, the men breached the 2:00 a.m. cut-off time as outlined by the Noise Abatement Act.
Superintendent Cameron is appealing to community members to call the police as soon as they observe these breaches.
Four persons, apart from the deceased, were also injured in the shooting incident at the event. Two remain in hospital.
