A teenager who the police say has been linked to shootings and murders in the Kingston Central and West Kingston Police Divisions over the past few months, has been charged by detectives.
Terrence Grant,18, otherwise called "Grabba" was charged on Monday with two counts of murder.

And a gang member, who was on the Kingston Central Police's most wanted list, was also charged on Monday
Frank Whyte alias "Abba Doo", a member of the Spanglers Gang, was charged with one count of murder by the MIT.
Whyte, who surrendered to the police last week after two years on the run, has been charged with the murder of Kareem Williams.
He was killed along Chancery Street in December 2012.
He's booked to appear before the Gun Court later this week.
