A third person - Rushane Grant - has died from bullet wounds sustained in Tuesday's attack by gunmen on Bray Street in Windward Road, East Kingston.
The other two victims, 30 year old Marsha Smith and Kevan Roberts, died shortly after the attack.
The police report that about 7.00 p.m., several persons were standing along Bray Street when two men walked up and opened fire on them. Four were shot.
Investigators say Grant, who was wanted for a 2010 murder in the area, may have been the target.
