Binnie wins Atlanta Open

Jamaican and the Caribbean’s number one Chris Binnie won the 2020 Atlanta Open after defeating David Ballergeon of Canada in the final on Sunday. The 31 year old won 14-12, 11-8, 11-6 in 42 minutes to claim his fourth title on the professional circuit.

With this crown, Binnie who is ranked at number 88 in the world is the first player outside the top 50 to win more than three Open Tournaments the pro tour. Binnie will now turn his attention to the Portland Open this week.
