Cavalier return to winnings ways at youth tournament in Sweden

Cavalier FC rebounded to winning ways with 7-0 victory over FK Pandev of Macedonia in the Under-17 Gothia Youth Football Cup in Sweden on Tuesday. Shaneil Thomas scored a brace for the Jamaican outfit, which now moves them to second in the group on goal difference.

Cavalier, which went down 2-1 to Swedish club IK Sirius, will next face BK Hacken of Sweden on Wednesday as the group stages of the tournament comes to an end. The Jamaican debutants will need to finish in the top two to advance to the round of 16 of the competition.
