Eden Hazard's penalty was not a good one on the stroke of half time. But with a stroke of luck it came back to him and he headed home against Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge to give Chelsea the goal, the win, and their 5th Premier League Championship.

That the title was wrapped up with two matches to go says something about the team and the "special one" Jose Mourinho.

The 1-0 win pushed them to an unassailable 79 poiints and their 5th Premiership title in the club's history. It was their 4th Barclay's Premier League title in the last 4 years.
