Excelsior Boys and Alpha Girls were crowned champions of the ISSA/Jamaica Hockey Federation Under-19 competitions after beating Denbigh High and Merl Grove respectively on penalty flicks at the Mona Hockey Field on the weekend..
In the Under-19 boys final, last season's beaten finalist Excelsior held their nerves to beat first time finalist Denbigh 3-1 on penalties after playing out to a 0-0 stalemate in regulation time.
