Heaven rolls out 10 point plan ahead of JCA elections

Report by RJRGLEANER Group Sports Reporter Jerome Foster

A 10 point plan has been rolled out by incumbent president of the Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) Wilford "Billy" Heaven for the next two years and he has also defended his stewardship in office after ten years.

Heaven has also proposed to create an Under 23 tournament to plug the gap between youth cricket and the senior team, as he faces a challenge for the top post from his long time vice president Dr Donovan Bennett.

The election will be staged on Thursday, April 25 at the Jamaica Conference Centre. 99 delegates will be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
