Portmore United will play in a second straight final since returning to the Red Stripe Premier League after overturning a one goal deficit against UWI FC on Sunday.
Trailing 2-1 from the opening leg semi-final, Portmore carved out a 2-0 win in extra time for a 3-2 aggregate scoreline.
An 82nd minute own goal took the game into the extra-time period before a brilliant free kick by Michael Binns in the 116th minute sent the Portmore players celebrating.
Portmore United will now face Arnett Gardens in the championship match on June 5 at the National Stadium.
